Fixtures and jigs on your Form 4
BP Additive sells Form 4 so your shop can print holding fixtures, drill guides, and assembly jigs. Form 4 packages include a $500 design credit. Mail a part for us to scan, or send a scan you already have. We CAD the file. You print it on your printer. Pickup and PreForm training are in Hawthorne.
What your shop can print
Typical files are nest fixtures for trim and carbon, drill and trim guides, sensor brackets, and holding jigs for bonding. Grey and Tough resins cover most of that. ESD resin is for fixtures that sit near electronics. Rigid 4000 is for guides that have to stay dimensional.
You print those files on the Form 4 you buy. The $500 credit is design service (scan or CAD), and the printed part comes off your printer.
